Character Coach
Collaborate with specific sports teams to enhance athletes' character development. Partner with coaching staff and players to foster core values and instill exemplary character traits.
1. Build Relationships
- Show up consistently at practices, games, or team events
- Get to know athletes personally (names, stories, struggles)
- Be a trusted, positive presence
2. Lead or Support Devotions
- Share short, relevant Bible-based messages
- Connect faith to sports, pressure, identity, and life
- Keep it simple, engaging, and relatable
3. Model Christ-like Character
- Integrity, humility, encouragement, self-control
- Be someone athletes can watch and learn from
- Live out faith authentically
4. Encourage Coaches & Team Culture
- Support the head coach’s vision
- Help build a culture of respect, unity, and purpose
- Speak life into both players and coaches
5. Be Available for Mentorship
- Have conversations when athletes open up
- Pray with/for athletes
- Point them toward the truth during tough moments
Camp and Event
Contribute to various tasks within a camp or event team, such as food coordination, setup and teardown crews, cleaning, water provision, and more.
- Serve Where Needed
Stay flexible and willing to jump in wherever help is needed throughout the event. - Lead or Support Small Groups
Help facilitate small group discussions, Bible studies, or prayer times with athletes—creating space for connection and spiritual growth. - Assist with Setup & Teardown
Prepare event spaces beforehand and help clean up and pack away once the event is over. - Support Hospitality & Meals
Help with food coordination, water distribution, and making sure participants feel cared for. - Create a Positive, Welcoming Environment
Be encouraging, attentive, and team-oriented—helping everyone feel seen, valued, and included.
Huddle Coach
Empower athlete Huddle Club leaders by providing discipleship, training, and instruction in spiritual leadership, group management, personal development, and relationship building.
- Disciple Athlete Leaders
Invest in students spiritually through Scripture, prayer, and consistent encouragement. - Provide Leadership Training
Teach and model how to lead huddles, facilitate discussions, and share their faith with confidence. - Develop Personal Growth
Guide athletes in building character, identity in Christ, and healthy life habits. - Support Group Management
Help leaders navigate group dynamics, plan meetings, and create engaging, organized huddles. - Build Strong Relationships
Foster trust with student leaders and be a consistent, supportive presence in their lives.

Apply your marketing expertise to a greater cause. Skills sought include planning, writing, creative design, web design.
Huddle Coach Group Leaders
Guide a dedicated group of coaches while recruiting, training, and mentoring others to follow suit. Work closely with the Area Representative or Area Director.
Lead Character Coaches
Spearhead the establishment of an impactful character coach ministry. Collaborate with the Area Director to recruit, train, and mentor other Character Coaches.
